Elites Care's PRP program is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the state of Maryland to provide rehabilitation services to both adults and minors in the community as well as at our service site in Hyattsville, MD, with more sites to be added soon. 

 

Having a mental health condition can be very devastating. You may find that you are no longer to able to care for yourself and/or function in different life domains (Employment, Community, Education, Relationships etc.) like you used to. Designed for children, adolescents, and adults, our PRP program will facilitate recovery by helping you to reach your desired goals.  In collaboration with your therapist, your rehabilitation coordinator will work with you to address the following areas as needed:

Children and Adolescents

• Social Skills

• Coping Skills

• Independent Living Skills

• Conflict Resolution

• Anger Management

• Group session activities to enhance social skills with peers

Adults

• Relapse Prevention

• Money Management Skills

• Obtaining and Maintaining Housing

• Employment Assistance

• Self-Care and Social Skills

• Assistance with obtaining entitlements and other resources

• Self-Management and Wellness

• Psycho-educational groups. ​
