    Information submitted through the Elites Care website is stored and processed in the United States within the jurisdictions where Elites Care operates.

    Elites Care does not authorize website referral or inquiry information to be stored, accessed, or processed outside the United States.

    Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers that require the information to perform their responsibilities.

  6. Retention

    Referrals that are not processed, are not accepted, or do not result in a completed admission are retained for one year from the date received. After one year, the information is securely deleted or destroyed unless a longer period is required by law, regulation, contract, audit, or an active legal matter.

    Information associated with an individual who begins receiving services becomes part of the applicable service record and is retained according to Elites Care’s record-retention requirements.

    Other website information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

    Elites Care uses reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
