ELITES CARE LLC provides individualized home and community-based services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, with support shaped around each person’s circumstances, preferences, and authorized services. Trained support professionals work alongside individuals, families, and support coordinators to provide assistance with everyday activities, skill development, informed choices, and community participation.

Who We AreELITES CARE LLC

ELITES CARE LLC provides individualized home- and community-based services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. We work in partnership with each person, their family, support coordinator, and other members of the support team to deliver person-centered developmental-disability support that reflects each individual's goals, preferences, strengths, culture, and authorized support plan.

  • Certified through the District of Columbia Department on Disability Services, Developmental Disabilities Administration Provider Certification Review process
  • Licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS)
  • Qualified and enrolled to provide authorized services through Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)
